Welcome, my name is Erik D’Aloise and I am the founder of Golden Property Inspections. I am a certified home inspector proudly serving the San Antonio community. I run this business on three main pillars: fairness, strong moral ethics, and honesty. I have an extensive understanding of the local market and inspection processes and I am excited to leverage that knowledge to help home buyers and investors feel confident as they pursue this new and exciting journey.
I have called San Antonio my home since 2004 and have had a deep appreciate for this city which has inspired me to help improve it and give back in any way I could. With that, it led me to become a professional Firefighter/EMT in 2008. Throughout my career I have performed countless building inspections and safety preplans. As much as I enjoy putting out fires and optimizing safety, I also enjoy preventing those cases from occurring to begin with. I have since tapped into the home inspection industry by launching Golden Property Inspections – bringing with me the same level of integrity, ethics, and moral standards as I hold while wearing my firefighter uniform.
Nothing makes me more fulfilled than delivering my clients the transparent and confidential support, service, and unbiased guidance they deserve. From first-time homebuyers to seasoned San Antonio investors, I have a genuine passion for validating quality and safety and demonstrate that by providing top-down insights, so my clients are well positioned to move forward on making the best decisions for themselves and their futures. This, in conjunction with my eye for spotting red flags and history for treating my clients like family, is what can give you the assurance that your real estate journey will be nothing but positive, and successful.
Free time? Though being a certified home inspector and firefighter are my passions, when I am not working, you can often find me out fishing, kayaking, mountain biking, and spending time with my two golden retrievers (and business name muses), Duke and Ellie.
